When the real estate market dictates we sell our rental units to realize the profits. Our goal is to sell and finance our rental units to tenants first, which lower commission rates and allows for a longer secured return on investment. We do this in the form of rent-to-own, second mortgages or agreements for sale.

Didsbury is affordable, has excellent schools, community and recreation programs, a vibrant artisan community and small town charm. Didsbury has an excellent hospital and the local senior’s home. Olds, a 20 km drive, has all major amenities including Super Wal-Mart, Canadian Tire, major banks, Olds College, Sobeys etc. Land is inexpensive in Didsbury as compared with Airdrie or Calgary. The town council is ‘pro development’, forward thinking and very easy to work with. Didsbury is in need of high quality rental units, so it makes it easier to succeed when we are building what the town wants instead of trying to ‘sell’ something.
